Why this site exists
A place to connect the work, the people behind it, and the lessons that do not fit on a résumé.
This site began as a way to hold the professional story in one place. The more honest purpose is larger: to connect the work to the people, experiences, and questions that shaped it.
More than a record
A résumé can list roles, outcomes, and milestones. It cannot fully explain why a lesson stayed with me, how fatherhood changed the meaning of success, or why the best systems still need room for judgment and grace.
I want this to be a living home for those connections. Some entries will be long reflections. Others will be brief notes from work or life. Together, they will show not only what I have built, but how the view continues to change.
Success taught me how to build. Life keeps teaching me what is worth building for.
